Meet Jon Graham

Jon Graham is the founder and CEO of Element Plumbing, Heating & Air, a home service company he has grown from a single location into a multi-state operation serving Southern Utah, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Durango, Colorado, and Northern Arizona. Before taking on the CEO role in 2016, Jon spent 29 years working hands-on in the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades, experience that continues to shape how he runs the company today.

Under Jon's leadership, Element has expanded through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, earning multiple regional industry awards including Best of Southern Utah (Gold, 2025 & 2026). He built the company around a retention-first culture, believing that experienced technicians and a strong internal culture are what allow a home service company to scale across state lines without losing its local feel.
