Meet Jaimie Graham
Jaimie Graham is Chief Operating Officer of Element Plumbing, Heating & Air, based in St. George, Utah. She holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from California State University, San Bernardino, and a master's degree in criminalistics and criminal science from California State University, Los Angeles. Before joining the trades industry full-time, Jaimie spent 15 years as a high school chemistry teacher in Southern California and Jackson, Wyoming.
Since becoming COO of Element in 2022 alongside her husband and co-founder, Jon Graham, Jaimie has focused on operations, technician training, and building a culture rooted in transparency and client trust. She applies her science background directly to the business, using an understanding of water chemistry and corrosion to help the company diagnose root causes rather than surface-level fixes. Under her operational leadership, Element was named Best of Southern Utah's top plumber in 2026.
